GELATERIA NATURALE

Updated: Nov 4, 2022

Often referring to products crafted using traditional methods and philosophies, in small batches with ingredients of the finest quality, the word “artisanal” has been paired with Grazia’s gelato since day one. But besides being artisanal and authentic in our ways of crafting gelato, the word “natural” needs to also be highlighted.

The base of Grazia’s gelato is all‑natural and vegan-friendly; half the magic behind the texture everyone loves. The other half? THE FINEST INGREDIENTS. This ranges from locally grown, picked, and harvested ripe fruits used in refreshing sorbets, to imported nuts in Grazia’s classic Pistacchio and Nocciola flavours for authentic textures, flavours, and colours without any artificial additives.

One of Grazia’s most‑loved flavours at Chidlom, BISCOTTO AL CARAMELLO SALATO, really showcases the intricacies of crafting fresh and natural gelato. With the base already being natural, whole milk is added alongside delicately slow‑cooked homemade caramel for a heavenly sweetness with a touch of salt. For the biscotto, Grazia’s homemade and freshly baked cookies shine through with a crumbly buttery texture that completes this indulgent and best‑selling gelato.

Being able to control every single ingredient, Grazia’s has been able to serve authentic Italian gelato at lower calories, higher in fibre, and still bursting with flavour without having you consume harmful chemicals and additives. No syrups. No pre‑made flavour pastes. No artificial flavourings. Besides the obvious health benefits, those with a gluten allergy can now enjoy flavours like Nutella with Grazia’s homemade Nutella made from scratch!

Yes! Grazia’s fresh and homemade gelato is made in small batches with only the finest ingredients, allowing us to serve you new and exciting flavours on a daily basis. Even with our standard flavours at CHIDLOM, don’t be surprised if we’re sold out of your favourite flavours; our gelato stock is fresh daily!
